My sister named me Jimmie because she liked
the name not knowing she was going to give me grief over that name!..HAI had a problem with that in school
especially first day of school and they call your name and you have your hand
up and they say¿Ûis he here?¿Û¿Û?I was drafted during the Vietnam war because I did
not use my middle name which is Mae, Mom finally had to call them and tell them
I was not a he.I have been a realtor since 2000 I love my
job!...I was 50 years old when my husband ask me ¿ÛÏwhat do you want for your
birthday ¿ÛÏ my answer ¿ÛÏI want to get my realtors license¿Û .So I went to CLI in Nashville for two weeks
and got my hours in it was very hard because I had been out of school for so
long and the young kids that were in there with me would take our weekly test
and pass in a hurry, me I was the last one to finish my test, but I did not let
that detour me from real estate.So for
me I had it in my mind yes they were in a hurry to finish test, but I knew
something they did not know, I was going to be the best realtor I could possibly
be, slow or not!So after I got my
license I was unstoppable . My first month I sold my first house.And each year as it came time to receive
awards for what we had achieved that year, I climbed the ranks, first year
President¿Ûªs club, and went on the receive Golden, Silver and to the top award
Platinum.I received several lending edge
awards, and lifetime achievements awards.I was the first to receive the James Hollman award given to a person
that helped others in her office, that was always upbeat and willing to help
other agents if they should need something,When I am in the office they know it because I laugh and talk and have a
