    My Client Testimonials

Richard Budden is hands down the best real estate practitioner on the Eastern Shore. His steady hand, years of experience, and knowledge of the ebb and flow of this magnificent area makes either buying or selling a home with Richard dramatically less stressful, and at times even enjoyable. I cant imagine doing a transaction in the greater Chestertown area without him. Steven Clemmons
Richard Budden has sold two houses for me in the past few years. This was during a very difficult time in the real estate market when prices were declining and the market was flooded with listings. His thoroughness and attention to detail in researching comps was very helpful in determining an appropriate selling price then followeds with a fantastic job photographing and advertising real estate. He is, by far, the most well-informed, hard-working agent I've ever encountered.
Richard was the realtor who helped me purchase a home in Chestertown and then helped me sell my prior home here as well. Richard has excellent judgment and knowledge of the housing market on the Eastern Shore. He is with you every step of the way; whether buying or selling, and no matter the price range. You wont find a better realtor. Charles Lerner

The nice properties - the phat pads, and the fully updated and low-maintenance gems – get sold in 0 days on market. The "market" never sees them. If you're a seller, 2022 is going to be ...
