    Hi, my name is Leigh Ann Parkinson. I'm a wife to my husband Mike, a mom to Drake, and doggy mom to our boys Raider and Remi. Mike and I have been empty-nesters since Drake went off to college at MTSU in 2012 (hence the dogs). That's who I am, as I see it. Now to what I do...I'm a Realtor® and an appraiser. I've been licensed as a real estate agent for 21 years and have been state-certified as an appraiser since 1993. I currently hold licenses in Tennessee and Kentucky.

    Since we'll likely be spending considerable time together if you choose me as your Realtor®, you're probably interested in more than my credentials, which you can find elsewhere on this page. You might like to know that I love interior design, cooking and spending time with family and friends, either on the golf course or on our back porch cheering on our favorite teams.

    My appraisal background gives me a deep appreciation of the data available for making real estate decisions, and I'm pretty passionate about deciphering and sharing that information with clients. I treat my clients like friends and it is my hope that by providing you the best information and making the process as stress-free as possible, you'll come to view me as a trusted friend.     Leigh Ann was an amazing resource and always responsive to the quickly moving Nashville market, which we were very grateful for. It was so nice having a trusting partner that took the time to help us in seeing properties as quickly as we could, and on top of all that, she felt like an extension of our family in the process. She was so thoughtful, and went above and beyond. I can't recommend her enough! She will take great care of you!

    Leigh Ann is an excellent example of what you would want your realtor to be. For me that is responsive communication, availability, patience, professionalism, and an ability to answer ALL of the questions before I even ask them.
